TL;dr Derby Pie (for those in Kentucky) Pecan pie with bourbon and chocolate (for everyone else)
 
One Thanksgiving my sister-in-law threw a fit about us having a drink after dinner. She didn't believe in any kind of drinking and was quite offended when the wine made an appearance. When we learned how upset she was, we put the wine away and called everyone in for dessert. She came to the kitchen and hacked herself a big 'ol piece of the derby pie I made. She didn't know it was loaded with bourbon and I didn't say a word.
